Judges Guild Pegasus & rider - sort of....

I recently bought a box Tyranny of Dragons minis, to find inside a gnome person, a green hag an invisible elf and a Pegasus. The gnome us a bit of a write off, the hag has it's uses but I'm still wondering what to do with the elf. As for the Pegasus, a bit of hacking about and them green stuffing enabled me to sit an old barbarian horseman on it, in a sort of homage to the old JG logo. It's a figure I wanted for some time as I loved JG products back in the day and it's a fun figure to have. So, not a brilliant picture but it gives you an idea.....
