Multiplayer Lion Rampant - thoughts?

Anybody have any views on how you manage a multiplayer game of Lion Rampant?

This does not seem to be covered.

I want to try these rules next week in a Robin Hood Game – I have five players who will take on the various key characters and their retinues.

Michael "Dalauppror" is using activation cards that are drawn to see in what order each player can activate. This seems like a interesting way of doing multiplayer games.
