Very cool indeed.
Looks like someone has been researching his French WW1 camo  :)

Did you break your keyboard for the third one? That plow looks a lot like the Space key on my keyboard...... :o

The WHOLE thing looks like a Rogue Trader special...  lol

Doug

Edit: Okay, main hull food container (or packaging liner)? Secondary, phone case? Spoon(s) for hull blister(s)? More as it comes to me...

Edit, part trois: I admit defeat by the greebles. The twin gun almost looks like a pair of toy walkie talkies, but that's just reaching.

Thank you for the kind words, and actually, I do lecture on the subject as part of the larger topic of WW1 French armor development and usage... besides, as Oscar Wilde observed, "Talents create, while geniuses steal!" lol

And WW2 French armor is equally a source of inspiration for some really wild camo specs (and I'm not above changing the colors while following the overall patterns when the mood takes me):

Thank you! The pattern is basically a WW2 French pattern with the colors changed a bit for a more sci-fi result... no shame to my game, really... :D

No... I snuck into your place and lifted your space bar when you weren't looking, actually... lol

In truth, I stripped down a keyboard thrown in our apartment complex's dumpster last year, stripped in down to the last useful bit then recycled the rest at the local e-waste center. Waste not want not... :D

Read the blog, you crazy person! lol The bottom half was the plastic container for the new iPhone case that replaced the old one, while old one was what I made the upper portion of the vehicle out of by simply glueing the later on top of the former.

You're right about my shameless use of plastic sample spoons to make armored hatches on the roof, but the sides are detailed out with self adhesive decorative plastic tiles and plastic rhinestones. The twin gun mount on the front is in fact a pair of hard plastic guns that came with a very cheap Gundam toy i picked up at a church thrift sale for a few pennies. Parts is parts... 8)

Read the blog, you crazy person!...

This from the fellow that admitted to shopping-cart behavior of dumpster diving!

I don't think you'd ever catch ME doing... that... kind... of...

Oh.

Never mind.

Doug

Really! I bought ALL those razors! Every one of them! AND the toner cartridge parts!

Edit: Okay, smarty pants, what went into the tower?

Razors and toner cartridges, eh? Sounds like the basis for a VSF infernal machine if you ask me, Doug... lol

As for that tower, *which* tower? If you mean the sensor boom on the back quarter of the roof, that was a toy "missile" of some sort probably from a GI Joe toy I picked up as  part of a grab bag of toy parts at a garage sale. Parts is parts, and random toy parts are very useful parts indeed... 8)
