But i remenber to have seen this pict years ago..and was 'nt particularly pleased by those Philippino Constabulary minis....quite generic as in many (not all) Tiger Minis subjects..
we probably share same interest in this practically unknown sideshow of Colonial wargamins..and from years i researched this subject trying to build some units for a TSATF scenario...i've some OOP Frontier minis (both US, Constabulary or scouts and moros) and, further years ago, i succeeded in purchasing from USA some Phlippines Constabulary/Scouts plus Moros from a defunct company called "Pass of The North"...and it seem that now they're again available from another US based company called "Monday Knight Production" that you can find on the web...
they are quite small for today's 25/28mm standard...but i think they could be ok considering that, once painted and put near bigger minis, we should notice the difference....personally i'm planning to use those small Constabulary minis close to Old Glory US Infantry/USMC/Sailors...in reality Philippinos should be smaller that average US men...same consideration for Moros...

i'm interested by the period but i have too many project in the way to complete at the moment.

i really don't think they could be ok for depicting the above mentioned subjects...PC from Tiger, as i perfectly remember from an on line pict, sported their typical tall fez..the rest of uniform quite generic...for what i know the only troops using in battle, during WW2, but probably only in posed pictures, a kind of rigid fez, were Italian East Africa Askaris and Belgian  Force Publique in the border with Sudan..but also those two types used, more realistically in battle, only a forage/fatigue cap ....

I was looking at the Tiger Miniatures stand today, mentioned the lack of photo/your interest in these figures and he gave me a pack of them...(I think it was so that I didn't block up his stand any more  )

I tried taking photos but they didn't come out very well  

Anyway, from top to bottom they have a tall fez, non-descript shirt, trousers, puttees and shoes. 4 of the 5 also have bed rolls. They all have bullet bandoliers worn around the waist, canteen, bayonet/knife and a very large satchel type snapsack/bread bag. All carry a bolt-action rifle.

Sculpting varies from figure to figure - I'd probably score them at about 5 or 6 out of 10 compared to today's "professional" sculptors.

If anyone wants them I have 1 pack free to a good home.

(I should add that I'd not read the entry saying they weren't suitable for the OP's use until after I'd got the freebee)
