CANADIAN VOLTIGUERS

BRIGADE GAMES 1812 CANADIAN MILITIA

Sorry about the capital letters.... cut and paste job I'm afraid  :)

Gorgeous, especially like the Indians and the Imam, but they are all good. Loads of character and some extremely crisp sculpting. Is it a Paul Hicks job?

I believe so- they should fit well enough with the Perry stuff and mini's that are slightly bigger(?).

I think I'll be ordering the Ottoman Water Carrier and the Imam- with a little putty they will fit onto my NWF  and Sudan collections respectively.

Even the Albanians are useful for the Sudan i would think(?).

Those are all really cool figures, I will figure out a way to work them in to something :)

The BG War of 1812 and Napoleon In Egypt ranges are both sculpted by Paul Hicks.

Those Turks are AWESOME
I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it anymore and what is it seems weird and scary.

If you have any of the Perry Mini's Bashi Bazooks I'd love to see a size comparison if you get the chance(?).

And they're been releases.....

http://theminiaturespage.com/news/?id=1217889583

http://brigadegames.3dcartstores.com/Ottoman_c_348.html

I reckon I'm going to take the Dremel and putty to this guy to make him look more Sudanese for the 1880's:

After a tiny bit of putty work to shorten his dresst his chap will become "The Mad Mulla" on the NWF!!:

And these Albanians I'll use for the very undisciplined infantry of the Bashi's, again for the Sudan:- there are at least three that would look great in a none combat style vignette:

Anyone got any constructive criticism or opinions to make on my choices?

Will they work in the roles I've outlined?

Darrell.

Mine should be here this week I will post a picture.
I am planning on adding them to my Perry Bashis and maybe get some of Steve Barbers to go with them
Perrys BB scale fine with the other BG Egyptians and Foundrys DA range

Thanks Gray Ghost, that's all I needed to know. I'll wait until you put up the comparison shots just to be sure but I reckon I'll put an order in very soon.
