rekindling my pulp project
« on: 11 February 2015, 07:18:05 AM »
A few years ago I started a Pulp Egypt project to put on a multiplayer game for a few friends.  Figures were painted and terrain was built and a game or two was played.  The toys were put away in a box until I could find something to do with them.  Now two options have raised their heads giving me fresh interest in this project, the first is pulp alley (which I will use with friends) and Larger than life - directors cut (which I intend to use for a solo campaign). The additional figures have been started.  Below is a group shot of last weeks finished figures.

Thank you. :)  The obelisk was from a alternative lifestyle shop that did piercings and smelt strongly of the 40 or so types of incense they sold.  It was quite cheap but when I went back to try and get some more, they had increased in price by x10!!  must have had a few gamers in buying up all the stock lol

Or they realised they had priced it incorrectly in the first place?  lol

I have a Ganesha statue in the garden that we got that way.

How cool! Love your paintjobs and the look of the models together as a group.

Forgive me for saying this, but with the yellow colour used in the folds of those Cultists it looks to me like they had a bathroom incident.... :o Having said that I like the purple and white combo, it looks good. Just those strategically placed tarnished folds.... :o
