Not strictly Dark Ages, but I am preparing a test run of the Blood Eagle scenario I want to bring to Horisont VIII.

We are playing tomorrow afternoon.

The table needs more dressing, but I have put a couple more pics of the current state on my blog, never the less...

Argonor, it looks promising!  ;)

I liked your ideas on the activation and arrival of the raiding forces! Please tell us how it worked out in the game!

Thank you!

AAR from the playtest is up on the blog.

The random arrival worked nicely - but I may have to bolster the ranks of the village defenders a bit, as the relief force is slow, and if the attackers roll a lot of 6s and 5s on the first 2 turns, the defence may be overwhelmed very fast, as they will have to fight on at least 2 fronts.

And the second mini finished today!

Couple more pics on my blog, as always.

I expect to finish one more tomorrow, and then I hope to paint an entire mini on Wednesday. I'm on fire!  lol

The angle is just how the front view happened when I shot the usual 4 photos of a newly painted mini, I didn't really look at the camera display before pressing the button, but he does look a bit disabled, now that you mention it  lol

No probs - can be difficult to find the civilian sets on their site if you don't know exactly where to look  :)
