Rescue - An AAR
« on: 20 February 2015, 02:58:33 AM »
Somewhere in Central Africa –

The mission sounded nice and straight forward which scared the crap out of me. Hit the target predawn and retrieve Dr. George Harwell. Dr. Harwell is a high powered virologist who had recently made a major breakthrough on something that is above my clearance. After the discovery, Dr. Harwell had some kind of a breakdown and decided a photo safari in Africa was the answer. It was all well and good until he was kidnapped by a rebel group three weeks ago but no ransom was ever demanded. The agency found a satellite image of where he seems to bebeing held and here we are assigned to go in quick and hard to rescue the good doctor.

The AAR is posted on my blog LZBravo.com

Great looking game ,I am jealous,I have hundreds of painted figures and planes ,vehicles ,Tinned fruit buildings, and a group of gamers who won't play this period, one day I will weaken them. Who makes the Two Hours wargames? Thanx for sharing.

Thanks! It was a solo game. Two Hour Wargames play really well solo. The basic set Chain Reaction is actually a free download.

It is kind of the same for me. Most of the guys don't enjoy moderns sadly. You can checkout THW here http://twohourwargames.com. The basic rules are free and are easy to tweak and solo.
