Base coat VGC Beasty Brown, quick highlight up to VGC Parasite Brown, then you'll need a time machine to go get some 1980's Citadel Hobgoblin Orange...  Anyway, highlight up to that and then for the sharp highlights add a little VGC Bald Moon Yellow. 

Closest equivalent to hob gob orange I've got is VGC Orange Fire but it's a bit brighter.
