I've just found out Wargames Illustrated with be giving this model out at Hammerhead, 28th Feb on their Trade Stand, with March's issue of the magazine (and then at other shows throughout the year, stocks permitting).

Dude, the customer gets what the customer asks for. If they wanted him in pink latex, that's what he'd have!

When I Googled him (sadly my medieval history is sadly lacking in several areas apparently) it said he was well into his fifties when he was killed, so I thought a bit of the old bagdery grey was highly appropriate.

I'll paint mine white and then we can sit back and see how many people post to tell me that it was red.  ;)

He'd have been extremely red by the end of Evesham anyway..

Julesav,  I am only an amateur medieval historian so pardon if this is a stupid question.  Wouldn't the son's heraldry revert to the father's hereditary colors after the father has passed away?  Otherwise, wouldn't a family's heraldry be constantly changing?  Thanks for the interesting info.

Great brush work Cubs.

Has the miniature not got a scabbard for his sword? I cannot see one.
