The Gods all bored the hell out of me, and were mechanics I don't care for in the game.
That hag looks great, but at the moment I can't justify the £70 this will set me back for 46 or so figures and a game that looks... ok I guess.

I would absolutely love to get my hands on a frost and mountain giant though, possibly the fire giant too, but not for £70 ($75 + $20 shipping plus bank charge for foreign currency).

OK, so to answer my earlier query on total cost.
$75 gets me the basic game released and one each of the different unlocked goals.
$30 gets me the 5th player box which is additional minis.
$25 is the art book.
$130 gets you everything right now for the KS of this. Correct?

Yeah, think so.

I've come late to the party and pledged a couple of days ago for $105 (not bothered by the book) and if I read the instructions correctly it said to just pledge the total amount and then they will confirm exactly what you want after the KS has ended.

I'm really happy with the strong pound sterling right now, since that $105 equates to a little over £70.

Eek, pass, I dunno. Maybe ask on the KS page? It's not really clear but if I had to guess I'd say no, based on nothing more than an inkling that the basic game pledge unlocks the other purchase option.

As an aside, I thought about the Conan boardgame as well, but although the mins were nice, I only really wanted about half a dozen of them and the game didn't really blow my skirt up.

I was stating how I hoped the company would sell the models separately so I could pick and choose which ones to buy and for some reason a lot of the backers took this as a personal insult against their family! Apparently not wanting to pay the full $100+ for a handful of models I wanted, plus a bargain bucket of models I didn't want, constituted crass stupidity and a slap in the face for right-minded people everywhere. I hang my head in shame.

Well it says you have a 60 day period after the end of the KS where you can ask for a no-quibble full refund, so from that perspective you could give it a go and then get the cash back if you can't. But then I understand how someone might be unwilling to put their cash in someone else's limbo on the promise of a refund later.

Might be worth asking them if you can just pledge for the book, but normally an "add on" is something you add to your full normal pledge.  Because I don't see an option to buy in for $1 or $5 etc.  (some KS let you pledge as a "supporter" or "fan" and you can buy all the little add ons you want without getting the full product).  I'd email them and ask.

Also most KS are pretty good about adding your pledge after the KS has ended.

Anyone know if customs will be handled by CMON for this?  They say they will be sending the game to their regional distributors (I am in Canada, they will send it to their Canada hub, then send to me if I pledge).  I am just not sure if I will have any duties or taxes to pay on delivery.  I sent them a question yesterday, but have heard nothing back.

Similarly, anyone interested in splitting some figures from this game?  I really just want the trolls, and would consider pledging if a few folks want to pick up some of the miniatures to defray the cost.
