Haitian Revolution with Sharp Practice - NEW AAR
« on: March 27, 2015, 11:18:55 AM »
Hi!

As a small side project (haha!) I've decided to play the Haitian Revolution with Sharp Practice. Last weekend, we had our first game and it was a blast!

Having only played the Wars of the Roses variant of SP before, the continuous musketry fire caused quite some shock  lol

Cheers

I am a fan of Sharp Practice. The rules are perfect for this sort of game. :)

Oh yes, Sharp Practice is my favorite set of rules… it's perfect for the narrative scenarios we prefer.

Hi!

We've now played a second game of Sharp Practice set during the Haitian Revolution. The objective was to secure a plantation. This was one of the most exciting games we've ever played!

Close game - hopefully you were gracious in your draw ;)

Napoleonics in the jungle certainly has a charm to it.

I'm always a gracious drawer - it's about as good as it gets!  ;)
