Modern US Army heavy weapons?

How are the following attached to infantry forces in the current US army?

TOW 2 launchers (M220)

Tripod mounted M2 (.50 caliber HMG)

Mk 19 grenade launcher

M224/M224a1 60mm mortars

I have been out for a few years and my experience was in a light infantry company. But on the list only 1 to 2 60mm mortars would be attached. To the HQ platoon.

All the rest of that junk would be attached to the weapons company and lent put as needed to the line platoons, usually. With an accompanied vehicle. You can break them down and move them around on foot, but you not going any where fast. But I will hit up a few tms and some of my buddies who are still in.
But at the weapons company level your also bumping those mortars. Up to 80mm or even 120mm.

Attached as needed, and none of what you listed is very mobile outside the 60mm mortar.  Humvee's carry all of what you mentioned though and you're more likely to have those rolling around, or these weapons would be stationed in firebases etc.

I've had all of this stuff made and I'm just trying to figure out how to package it. They are for my current US Army range.

How many 60mm mortars would be in the HQ platoon?

Usually about 2 maybe 3 but I never saw that. With most of the crew being ammo barriers. My old company company ideally only had enough 11C ( mortar men) to employ one at a time outside the wire.

A rifle company in an IBCT has two 60mm mortars making up the mortar section.

In an SBCT there is a two Stryker Mortar Carrier section in the company, each with a mounted 120mm and each carries a 60mm they can use when dismounted.  Note, they are only manned to be able to operate the 120 OR the 60, not both at the same time.

Thanks Capt Jack. I thought it was only 2 but was not totally sure. Been out since the end of 08 and my whole time was spent in a AB-Inf company. Didn't want to give out the wrong info for you Mech, Cav, Stryker boys.

Per the very useful information in this thread I'm going to offer these in two sets:

Mortar set with two M224A1 and four different crew (I know it should be six but people seem to want crews of two for light weapons no matter what the actual crew is)

Heavy weapons set with two crew manning a TOW 2 launcher and two crew manning an Mk19/M2 (with an insert that lets you choose)

Alternately I may make the second set a TOW 2, a Mk19, and an M2.
