 Hi guys

As I plan to re start my 1/72 Napoleonic projects this year, I decided to print some flags up for the troops, back in 2010, I review the downloadable flags site war flags, you can see the original review Here

The obvious choice is to use the excellent warflags flags, I hadn’t visited the site in a long time and was surprised to find it had been shut down, so I did a search on the way back machine, here is the link to the old site, Warflags it’s a real shame to see it was shut down, but I was able to retrieve the files for use, here they are printed for 1/72 on glossy high quality paper, I still need to print out the Russian an Prussian flags.
Go to my blog for the links

 Hi guys

Nearly finished my first 1/72 Napoleonic unit for the year, I’m concentrating on the Peninsulsr war first, and have started with Portuguese, and specifically Portuguese Cacadors, figures are 3D printed using the Wargames Atlantic set, please note, the set doesn’t contain a bugler or rammer/loading option, I came up with those myself.

They look great Dan.
What paint did you use to get the brown of the uniform?

Hi mate

Mostly GW mournfang brown, I don’t use many GW paints, it’s one of half a dozen I use.

Hi guys

Finished the painting on a 1/72 Napoleonic Portuguese Cavalry and infantry regiment, the figures are 3D printed using MC miniatures files, these were done for my own Napoleonic project.

 Hi guy

I’ve been a bit quiet with posts of late, very busy with painting though, here is my latest commission, 15mm AB Napoleonic Portuguese, and some KGL hussars, as well as some Brit officers.

Wonderful painting, both Hessians and Württembergers! A little question on the latter: will you paint also the König Jäger Battalion? I have a project on the same troops (in 15mm) and I am not sure which color to go for the golden Litzen, a real metal one or a "yellow" variant… thanks.

I’d go with yellow, I very rarely use bright yellow, I mix in a tad of sandy yellow, or a pale yellow, just my own thing.
