Thanks man !

And now for something completely different, here's a killer... yeah OK, not hugely different in idea but in style he is : the iconic Goodwin imperial assassin !

Painted in a couple of hours, this one was really a way for me to redeem from the sin of stripping it from its glorious 15 years old colours ithout even taking a photo and leaving unpainted for about 2 years. I hope you'll find he's been avenged now...
Should you want to know more about the painting process, you can find a few more thing in the blogpost HERE.

OK, the assassin is a bit too nasty, le'ts try something a little more feminine then with a female mechanic from spaaaace ! This model is part of the 2nd wave of Colony87 (Jon/Axiom's range of sci-fi models to be released in Febuary and was sculpted by Michael Anderson.

I'll paint more of those models in the near future and I can tell you they are just as excellent as wave 1 ! More about her on the blogaboo HERE.

Oh Neat!
"Peace" is that brief, glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading.

Cheere guys, I was a little torn regarding weathering, I could have added more but wanted to make the  models easily readable so I hope taht's fine. I had never painted on resin masters before and god I have to admit it is unbelieveably nice, like getting into fresh sheets ! (that happens far more often than painting resin masters though)

Nice work, sir.

Lucky you, I wish I hadn't stripped all those models without taking proper pictures really :/

Excellent paint job on the mechanic and thank you for the tease on the Colony 87 wave 2 miniatures. I still need to paint my wave 1 figures  ::)

Cheers guys  ;)

After the mechanic, you might want to have a look at the Junker from the 2nd wave of the Colony87 range :
Tough guy dwelling in Junkyards, looking for scrap and creating some when he needs it ? Yes please. I can find a use for that kind of guy in my games or even as a NPC in the background.

So here we are :

Here he is along the LE space white dwarf I painted last year and along which he'll fit just nicely :

More of the range soon and more about him in the associated blogpost HERE.
