Another characterful mini and great paint job.

Good thing he has that tech-shovel with him for those outdoor adventures, just in case he runs into some nasty xenos :D

Don't you underestimate the carbon nanotube techno shovel, a simple tool that can act as a weapon, a frying pan and which can even help you dig earth to get thos plants out of the ground. ^^

I actually painted the shovel black with metal edges because of that sort of shovel... ^^

Very novel idea indeed.

My thought too ^^

Cheers, guys, definitely some good use to be found for those !

Here's one I could honestly have painted about 3 different ways (I'm actually considering getting more of this one just to try the other paintschemes)

Awesome mini with a great paint job to suit her!  :-*

Even though I'm not a decent painter myself, I can still see her in different paint jobs that set quite different mood for her.

Most models could be painted a whole lot of different ways bu this one is actually the one whith the most potential to me, I had about 3 paintschemes in mind and opted for the one who would not hide the model but just highlight it.

Gyrinx, you said gyrinx ? Well that's a psychicaly atuned space feline for sure. ^^

Cheers !

Now for something completely different, I took a break from nice and new models with an old and messy one...
This is the first numbered limited edition model from Citadel, the power armoured space orc.
Quite an iconic model by Bob Naismith but clearly not the best of sculpts I'm afraid. Still it was enjoyable enough for the couple of hours it took me. ^^
