Thanks for the comments. I am quite pleased enough to buy another Tiger Kit and this time add some more stowage and 2 crew. Means a bit more modelling work but as I am only ever going to use 2 Tigers they might as well look nice

Thanks Anna- yes I did indeed use an airbrush. After learning to use it on 15mm tanks - 28mm is a doddle

Excellent. I need to learn to use my airbrush, last Summer I painted some DUST Tactics walkers with Tamiya spray cans, I need to finish those.

If you are looking yo do the sort of German 3 tone camo four tips I have found invaluable.
1.) Keep pressure down 10-12 psi if possible
2.) Get a good 2 or 3mm needle
3.) Make sure you paint is thinned to milk consistency
4.) Be prepared to go over the edges of the camo with the base colour again to tidy it up - its worth the effort.

Thank you for the tips.

I have an Aztec, and I have to use a hi-flow tip for acrylics, even Tamiya will clog in any other. Rather than total free-hand, I might have to do the Blutack masking that I did with rattle cans.

I'll have to try it soon.
