Hello from Central MA
« on: April 29, 2015, 09:14:51 PM »
Hi everybody, my name is Brendan.  I came across theis forum while searching for inspiration and direction on how to build terrains, and landscapes, etc.  Where I could just turn to the standard train techniques I felt that something that was built to be played on, packed away and then brought out again, only to suffer wear and tear would be a better option for my research.  While I was never a huge rpg gamer ana kid I was alway facinated by the what could be.  So now I find myself here with a very specific project in mind to share with my kids.  I am specifically interested in the Pulp genre as I have always loved the Indiana Jones movies as well as some of the quick cash rip offs...
I enjoy reading and learning about the different tips and techniques everyone has used.

Feel free to message me!  I may not know what I'm talking about but I can usually fake it pretty well.

Welcome Brendan.
You've come to the right place.
Lots of talented people round here.
Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons,
for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup.

Welcome to LAF Brendan.

If Pulp is your chosen genre, there´s a lot going on on the Pulp subforum.

And if you haven't decided for a specific set of rules, I can't reccomend enough the PULP ALLEY rules.

You can check a good deal of action reports with the system here too.

May you have a long and merry stay with us.
I know you're too old to play with toy soldiers. So give them to me... NOW!
