Trying to ID some figures

I bought and painted these 10 years ago and now plan to complete the unit - unfortunately I can't find the manufacturer.

I thought that they were Friend or Foe from Shell hole Scenics but having spoke with Ian there, he tells me that they are definitely not his.

They are painted as Russian Liberation Army but may be some other Eastern Front unit.

Any thoughts??
