What about 1/72? I will alway encourage more variety, because you never know what will interest you around the corner.

Um, yeah, especially Hungarians (white cross marking), French for 1940 especially unit and tactical markings and numbers, FFL, and Legion Etranger, and the KMT Chinese, as I am as much a sci fi modeler and gamer as I am WW2 (and there's no shame to my game)...

1/72 scale variant 1930s KMT Markings, 1/35 scale WW2 German armor tactical numbers, and the Marines logo looted from a sheet for 1/48 scale jet aircraft...

Well, this is the period for ugly armoured cars - perhaps the Bilbao? Or one of the multi-turreted brutes? Or might I suggest the Garford-Putilov - it's like a little pre-dreadnought on wheels, complete with casemated guns.
