I've just seen pictures.

I feel gutted at how... Simplified it is.
If you'd like an apocalyptic monster in 28mm, throw me a PM and I'll think it over.

Interaction with characters certainly is simplified.
Hopefully I'll encounter someone with more than 4 options for answering.
Given the background of the protagonist I assume there's no possibility to go evil  :?

anywho, happy thoughts with these goodies :

Pipboy 3000, it's case and a Nuka-Cola bottle opener :

promotional poster (2-sided), OST CD, FO 4 DVD-box and the perks poster

Damn nice Collectors Edition! I was to late to get my hands on one  :'(

But to keep this topic so miniature related as possible, Ive found the first wet dream of our beloved Fallout tabletop players.

I´ve to admit it would be a nice neighbor of my little Verti  ;D
The new Verti is excactly that ugly as I´ve guessed it will be! So glad to made the old one!

What I´ve seen so far from the game, it will be a cornucopia of ideas for all of us for the next years!

Oh man, this game couldn't have come at a worse time! I was getting all jazzed up to actually paint/complete some of the stuff I got for Frostgrave!  :'(   Guess which project is butting in to capture my imagination again??  lol ;)

Sweet! Where did you find the miltary  uniform and where did you find the armored transport? I need to locate those things and get a proxy figured out for the vehicle soon.
"Peace" is that brief, glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading.

The Military Uniform is in sactuary springs in one of the houses in a closet.
The Tank stands in the little swamp between sanctuary springs and Corona. Whenn you go over the wooden bridge turn right and walk in the swamp its good to find.

The tank is on my buildlist ;-)

So seven hours into it - and no crashes or noticeable bugs. Pretty amazing for the first day of a new game (a sad comment on the poor production standards of most video games).

Is it me or is the game even more of a "figure out what you are doing yourself" than FO3?

I can see myself buying one of the guides for this one.

Been thinking about the guide, but I'd just want it as something to read afterwards. The biggest fun is exploring the game, even if that comes with mistakes.

BTW : I found one of those tanks under a bridge (near Lincoln if I'm not mistaken)

I installed it day of release, but haven't been able to run it due to constant crashes at launch (bar one time I made it to the main menu, then it hung starting a new game). A new computer is in order I think, though that's another story... :(

I like the posibility to examine your weapons.
Now if only someone wanted to make this in 28mm:

Same! I've had one or two minor bugs and no freezing or crashing (which was an issue for me with NV and 3 as recently as this year...), so let me know if there's anything you'd like screenshots of.

I had the same problem at first but got it started in windowed borderless mode.
No real problems since then, about 6 hours in.

It crashes regardless of what I do, despite being able to run Skyrim on high settings. It ran one when I uninstalled my graphics driver and rebooted my machine, but ran really slow and hung at the first loading screen. Someone needs to link me to a site where I can buy a machine with kick ass specs for £600. =P

I've no idea what's in the game to start with, so screenshots may be a bit moot. The concept art book isn't out till December IIRC unfortunately (the book which came with my copy was concept art for the other games, which I already have).

Nice to see that there's actual military vehicles this time around. There was concept art for a tank for Fallout 3, though it looked a bit T-34 like if I remember. That's more of an APC though, so maybe the actual tanks look a bit beefier (bearing mind that walking tanks existed too).
