I blame JollyBob, Thunderchicken, Malamute et al
« on: 20 October 2008, 03:54:30 PM »
"We have been stuck on this blasted plateau for over six months now and although there were rumours nothing was confirmed. No one really believed Cpl. Baines' report of seeing towels on the beach whilst scouting the giant crabs. Well its bloody well true, the Hun is over the other side of the valley and they have domesticated some kind of ornithological beast as a riding mount to boot. Whatever next? Would'nt surprise me now if I was to look up into the clouds and see a damned Frog in a lighter than air flying machine"

Those are very neat and well painted.

Can't wait to see it !  ;)

By the way, very nice conversion, and great choice of colours, especially the green.

Very nice; but really, when Fritz said he mounted birds I assumed he was a taxidermist.

Very nice. Colours and conversion very nice.

the bird is copplestone (terror bird)?

For my taste, I would have gone to black/red scheme for those birds?
Yours is much better!

But a real challenge would be a giant toucan pulling a brewer's dray full of Irish navvies....
