No I scratchbuilt it. It is a bit crude but as a game piece it does the trick.

The wagon is nice looks a little like MDF its the horses that are a little off I've seen the off proportions in some pencil sharpener wagons i bought.

It's part of Ernie's meanness: he uses ponies as draft animals for that huge wagon.
