Home made construct for Frostgrave
« on: July 24, 2015, 12:30:28 PM »
I did not have any construct miniature and as I did not fancy them enough to order one, I toyed with the idea of making one for Frostgrave, so I grabbed a wine cork, universal glue and kitchen scissors and hastily make one.

So what do you think? Is it worth enough for a Frostgrave game? I do hope so.
Cheers,

Pretty nice, works for me.
I didn't back the Nickstarter since the models were a bit of a mixed bag to me ( some excellent, some slightly less so ) and will eventually pick up the rulebook but I will use mostly proxies.
Sorry Nick  ;).

Worthy? I can honestly say that is one of my favourite Frostgrave figures - and I've played a game or two!

The Tin Man & Companion look TERRIFIC...VERY IMAGINATIVE use of some corks AND some FINE brushwork. VERY WELL DONE!
I'm surprised you didn't post him in the Frostgrave section.

I wasn't aware there was a Frostgrave section for those things...
Thank you DeafNala :)

For modelling reasons.

The construct reminds me of the Wicker Man, but smaller.  Hmmm...

Excellent Sir! (as he eyes his cardboard box of corks) I might just give this a go.
