That is a very nice looking demon, but I wouldn't pick it for a construct. But that's me.

I'd lean towards demon as well, but it could be a hybrid monstrosity built by some crazy flesh-working wizard...

I do love that model, and the paint-job, and I definitely second the 'Conan' sentiment.
