Oh dear! Do another one in 2009/2010 and I promise to bring my Martian invaders! lol

Now that is a tempting idea, consider it done. :)

Why nobody does any VSF highlanders is beyond me.

I have it on good authority that Ironclad will be doing French troops that look remarkably like highlanders...

There's some great potential here for a back story involving Mary Queen of Scots and her escape to France to avoid execution.

Fantastic stuff.  Hard to pick out anything of note amongst so much high quality stuff - however I do have a soft spot for the Ram and Thunderchicken's paint job on the Thunderer - amazing!

Now that we have had VSF battles in Kew Gardens and on a golf course (see Skrapwelder's recent post), I wonder what other unlikely battlefields we will see in the future .... ;)

Perhaps a water treatment works ?
Mr Bazalgette created some wonderful examples, some with large steam pump-houses.
A Prussian raid on London's metropolitan support services could wreal havoc in the city.

Or an aerodrome, such as the one on "Those Magnificent Men in their Flying Machines" (which of course has an adjacent sewage works)......
An aerodrome would be vital for servicing the Prussian air offensive, and for easier logistical contacts / airborn re-supply from Prussia.
