Miniatures holding snakes
« on: August 25, 2015, 03:51:03 PM »
I'm looking for 28mm human, male or female, figures holding snakes.
I have the two from Forge of Ice but am looking for more
I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it anymore and what is it seems weird and scary.

I only found these two from Reaper:

Female mage

Male mage

Unfortunately, they're both holding staffs around which the snakes are wrapped, rather than holding the snakes directly, but it's the closest I could find.

Then again, you could trim the staff off, add a piece of wire with the snake head on it (taken from the staff) to the hand and sculpt the snake's body on with a little putty. Pretty simple to do. :)

... and maybe the evil high priest from otherworld: http://otherworldminiatures.co.uk/shop/men-of-evil/me2c-evil-high-priest-i/...

...not exactly 'human holding a snake' but 'human holding a staff that looks like a snake'...

Studio mcvey has an awesome priestess with a big snake draped over her shoulder.
never trust a horse, they make a commitment to shoes that no animal should make.

Heroclix Princes Python. Most Hercolix can be salvaged with a nice paintjob (see Fairoaks thread on this forum for some excellent HC repaints)

I like my games like my orange juice: pulpy with no added sugar or artificial sweeteners

Can't remember the figures name, though. Sorry.

I second the Celtos Morrigan and Studio McVey Seraphine. In fact, the latter is one of the finest sculpted and cast models I own - so good I haven't got round to painting it yet because it's intimidating!

She's OOP though, so you might have a rough time finding one.
