He is an em-4 figure and sorry about not doing the base but I am getting hold of some more sea creature people so shall finish them all off together!!

It's King Shark from the Justice League set. There were also Deep Ones and Brine Witches from Horrorclix that might work for you.

To The Black Rider, it was remiss of me to comment on your mini: very fine it looks - I really like the choice of colours and especially the back carapace patterning. Kudos.
