New Pulp Alley Book -- Available Now!

We are extremely excited to finally announce the release our fifth Pulp Alley book, Pulp Leagues, on October 1st.

As well as introducing some new rules, updates, and clarifications, Pulp Leagues is also a compilation of our Pulp Alley character types, perks, abilities, and resources previously published in our rulebook and expansions. In addition, Pulp Leagues includes tons of fun optional rules for playing all kinds of pulp genres — including sci-fi, fantasy, old west, horror, swashbuckling and more!

Pre-Order starts Sept 1st! We expect to start shipping the books by October 1st.

Silly question from some-one who hasn't started his journey down the mean streets of Pulp Alley as yet, will this new book be a stand-alone all you need product or are other books required to play?

Wow! I really like the idea of optional rules for different settings, but I don't know if I'll find additional information for me, I have the other four books of PA so I'm not sure if it's a book for me

I've had a sneaky read of the new book. I'm particularly intrigued by the optional Monsters rule - perfect for whatever is creeping around Statuesque Asylum!

The book will be up in the Statuesque shop tomorrow.

.... yes, we got a preview copy of Pulp Alley Leagues as well. It does look like a fantastic book, the new rules are very good and it is also very handy to have all of the information about characters, leagues and perks together in the same place.

As David has already said Pulp Alley Leagues does not ship until 1st October. We have added the book to Sally 4th's Pulp Alley webstore ready to take pre-orders, together with the new 'Roster Cards'. Pulp Alley Leagues is available for pre-order to ship on 1st October at a 10% discount (£11.25).

Pulp Leagues is an expansion book for Pulp Alley. It focuses on rules for making your own characters and leagues, and some optional rules as well. Pulp Leagues is not a stand alone game. It is an expansion for Pulp Alley.

If I was just starting out, I'd get the basic Pulp Alley rulebook. Then, after I'd played a couple times, Pulp Leagues would definitely be the next book I'd add.

The book itself is a very convenient resource with everything all in one place. Much easier to do up leagues with it.

One thing I particularly appreciated is that Dave and Mila have marked off everything which has been changed, updated, or is entirely new with a clear symbol.

I have had a sneak peek of said book   In fact I had the chance to build 4 leagues in about 10 minutes using the new format. Its a great having everything you need and all the abilities in one book while your building a league.

I have all the books and I will add this one to my collection, I found a lot of great info in there.

That's my two cents, take it for what it is.
