[World's End] Fantastic Worlds PBEM
« on: November 11, 2008, 01:45:14 PM »
We are in the midst of a Fantastic Worlds PBEM game on the rattrap forum. Things are really heating up (quite literally) as four teams of heroes search the dying moon of Kazan for a precious and rare mineral.

Here is turn 1...http://www.rattrapproductions.com/speakeasy/viewtopic.php?t=1399

Turn 2...http://www.rattrapproductions.com/speakeasy/viewtopic.php?t=1401

and the just beginning turn 3...http://www.rattrapproductions.com/speakeasy/viewtopic.php?t=1405

The players are really having fun with this. All of them have jumped into their characters feet first and the dialogue between them is more fun and interesting than any scenario I could have dreamed up!

Baron Altair (my character) hasn't done very well so far. Don't pick fights with Amazons!

Then again, he has the rule of the land as far as pompousness goes. I have yet to decide whether he's a villain or just a complicated, misunderstood anti-hero. I like the idea of leaving that question hanging in the air.

Just so long as we have rigidly defined areas of doubt and uncertainty we shall be fine! ;) The game is great fun and I think that all of the players have entered into the spirit of the genre. I am looking forward to seeing how it all pans out.

Will Bunny get her man?
Will he even notice that she is after him?
Will Zenantria manage to stop Bunny from shooting herself in the foot, or worse yet shooting Grif in the foot by accident?

Cheers,
