Good looking battle! Is there any historical basis for those Skraeling houses? Not meaning to imply otherwise, just curious.  Thanks for sharing.  :)

No historical basis. Not very much is known about the native Americans of this time period. It is thought that the world was in a warm stage, hence the scantily clad nature of the warriors. The current natives in the far north of Canada, the Inuit, build igloos, so I kind of made a cross between a woodland Indian longhouse and an Inuit igloo. This resulted in a fur igloo. Kind of similar to wigwams seen in other Native American cultures.

And red pillars because the one thing known about skraelings is that they liked red. Red warpaint too. The vikings traded them red cloth strips for everything

Excellent looking game  8) 8) 8)

Really love the way you've modelled the Eastern Native American abodes  :-*

they're paper mache eggs that I cut in half with faux leather glued to them. All bought from hobby lobby for a total of $6. Gotta love cheap projects!
