First (leader) power armor Preserver finished for This Is Not a Test. He's armed with an assault rifle.

I converted it from my normal ClearHorizon Miniatures Hell Diver Power armor, all I did was rotate the hands around until it made sense for holding the weapons. I used some small pliers and a light touch.

Here's what they look like before painting:

To paint, I simply used a grey primer, vallejo light rust wash, wet cotton swab to get off the rust wash from flat panels, highlights with a dark and then light grey. Several black parts picked out (gun, visor).

What do you guys think? I was going for a Brotherhood of Steel look.

For a general approximation of the look I think it's pretty solid.  :)
