Dragon Bait Miniatures Krackatoans....the Fishmen are COMING!
« on: November 19, 2015, 05:58:21 PM »
Hi all,

Joe at Dragon Bait Minis gave me the opportunity to paint up a warband of his newly produced Krackatoans...the newest edition to his Dragonbait Miniatures Line.  These figures are currently available through an Indiegogo campaign which can be found here: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/28mm-krackatoan-warband-by-dragon-bait-miniatures#/

They are really fun figures and hugely useful...I'm even considering using mine for a Frostgrave warband... :D

Here are a couple of Group and individual pics...more detailed pics on my blog: http://bluesmarauders.blogspot.com/2015/11/attack-of-krackatoans-fishmen-cometh.html

Cheers,

Blue

Great models. I especially like the octopus staff.
And nicely painted.

Saw these at Fall In, and they are indeed nice figures. I will be backing as soon as I've sorted out my finances. The unfortunate part of the flexible funding is that they collect it right away. Unlike KS where you have up to seven days after the close of the campaign to pay.

I think it makes a significant strategic difference. Under the typical KS I would have already backed it and other backers would see that. The current way I cannot indicate my support until I have the funds. Who know, there may be a dozen or more people who could already be backers but are "waiting for payday", etc.

Hi Folks,

Tim Prow has just sculpted this Krackatoan Witch to make the band usable in Frost Grave. I really like the fish net used as a shawl.

Very nice. Love those sculpts. If ever I go for fish men it will be these.
