28mm Balkan and Great War Bulgarians
« on: November 29, 2015, 07:23:59 AM »
Wanted to give everyone a heads up that our new Bulgarian infantry are now available in five and two man packs. Soon to be followed by Hmg team and company commander miniatures. Remember free shipping in the states, Australia, Canada and Europe. Cheers!

I am very interested in the period but is there any chance of a more detailed picture?

@cactusgames Noticed you refer to them as "Bulgarian Baltic and Great War infantry 28mm scale". Shouldn't it read "Bulgarian Balkan and Great War infantry 28mm scale"?

Indeed, unless some poor Bulgarian general's marching orders got very mixed up, that should be Balkan rather than Baltic.

However, the lack of a picture of the miniatures themselves is a more pressing issue. The art is nice and all, but wouldn't it make more sense to have a decent-looking photo of the product there on its page? I only found a photo of the Bulgarian minis in the 'Krieg Dwarf' section of all places, and the photo's quality is nothing to write home about.

Are you intending to sell a packs with just enlisted men? Selling an officer and four men really makes no sense whatsoever unless t's intended as some form of command pack.

Hi guys,

Yeah it should read Balkans. My mistaken that. I should have painted pics soon and their is also and option for two basic soldiers blister as well on the site. We should have the HMG team up soon as well as the company commander officer and our first Great War Romanians as well.

Cheers

@ohn d law
It still say Baltic on top of the side, also Balken instead of Balkan.

To be honest I don't think the paint job does the figures justice. ¨

I would suggest you get a nice photo od plain metal miniatures, washed with dilluted black paint to bring out the details. I think this works best for shops as paint jobs obscure the detail, especially if they are painted as we all paint them.

Interesting looking miniatures - free shipping to Australia is a rare (and wonderful) thing.

Are there any minimum orders for orders to qualify for free shipping?

Thanks.

Might be sensible to post some photos if you want to shift them. Your original link doesn’t work and a Google search turns up nothing.
