Christmas Painting; Inspector Poirot and Miss Marple
« on: 01 January 2016, 10:09:08 AM »
Hi,

These were painted in lieu of Christmas Cards for my Dad who's a bit of an Agatha Christie nut! I'm pleased to announce that he was very happy with them!

More pics and info available on my Just Add Water Blog:

Cheers,
Darrell.

Marvellous Idea. So much character in them and beautifully painted :-* :o

Ms Marple looks just like She is about to deliver one of Her famous "Summing up of The Case" lectures. :D

I'll bet he was pleased...beautiful.

I've got those figures and I think I'll now go and ceremonially melt them down now I've seen your paint jobs  :D

Thanks guys- very mych appreciated :)

There absolutely great - where are the miniatures from?

They were two of the giveaway mini's handed out at Partizan a few years ago now. i think it's the first 500 through the door? And those who put on demo's etc.

I gave the last one a kiss- looked like he was Nazi!! It was mean't to be the chap waving goodbye to Lawrence in Lawrence of Arabia I think(?)

Cheers,
Darrell.

Superb - even better than the snowmen!  :-*
Just one snag - do you realise that now everyone will start sending you Christmas cards, expecting this sort of stuff inreturn?  :D :D :D
