A hard fought and most entertaining game, the revolutionary fervour of the French seemed to have been dampened after their recent hard fought victories, being reluctant to press forward their advantage at crucial times in the engagement. Surprised to learn that the Austrians could bite back too when cornered, with the allies joined the next victory will be hard come by but will be achieved! Vive La France!

Excellent report.
Looks like the battle could have gone either way.
Love the look of the units and terrain.

Bonjour,

Now that's a really nice looking game.

Nice to see the French Revolutionary War chaps out and about as well with a splendid mix of uniforms and troops.

Quite inspirational and the quality of your blog encourages me to greater efforts to emulate your efforts.

Thanks for sharing.

Cheers,

Paul
