Great additions Jay, nicely converted and painted. I especially like the knife thrower, cool idea and nicely executed. Thanks for sharing

Been a bit quiet of late, sorry guys! With my newborn entering the awkward "growth spurt every other day" phase it's been hard to get a game in. However! Look out for Jay's NEW warband! I'm sure he'll fill in all the blanks, but essentially he saw a new bunch of models he just had to have! So Krosh and the gang will be getting used mainly for the Thaw of the Lich scenarios

Hi Hupp, I forgot to put the make!! i will rectify that mate. But for you: the mat is by Deepcut. Not sure which exactly, my wife got it from wayland for me, it was £50. BUT it is 6x4!!! WAY too big for frostgrave. My wife knows I play FG and I mentioned I wanted a 6x4 'plains' mat for my Bday, but was is for bolt action. Being unfamiliar to gaming she just heard Frostgrave.....6x4....

SO I am going to cut it in half and sell a 3x4 offcut.

The detail on it is amazing however!

Oh and it took 4 weeks to arrive as it had to be made.

New AAR up gents,

witness the death of a warband....level 9...

1 level shy of the apprentice stepping up.

Oh and some nice road terrain.

Back to the drawing board.

I know it says that an apprentice shouldn't step up unless you are 10th but most ppl wouldn't mind if you did espushly since that game would have put you over for sure. I had my apprentice take over from a lvl 4 wizard (he died in my third game) but had no issues keeping up since I had already upgraded my warband very well. (Check out Lao Zane and his apprentice Jade in my thread) I'm just about to start a new campaine and I'll be using Jade my former apprentice as my wizard now that Zane is the zombie apprentice of another wizard :-)

New warband looks great - especially your use of the cultist bodies for the spell asters!

How do the Perry miniatures scale up against GW Bretonnians?

Thanks for the comments guys. It worked out ok that my Necro died, now we have the NPC's for the lich campaign, plus it pads out the lich background with familiar faces.

Plus Four: Perry minis tend to be a little less 'heroically' proportioned. The heads and hands are a bit smaller and the legs and chests are a wee bit thinner. I have not seen many brets for a while so I am going on memory mate. B
