Painted Cthulhu Wars figures - Nick Storm

Sorry to not provide proper pics as of yet - I'm working on it. Better quality and pro hosted.

Here's a link to my BGG thread with the pics I have. Blown up to 'original' is not horrible, and at least you can see the colour scheme ect.

I almost worry that the Petersen's don't really want to showcase too many painted editions of the game for fear of people not liking the stock game. It's an odd thing really. I would hazard to guess that a majority of people would rather have painted versions of the figures if they could afford them. There is so much detail in the sculpts that'd it be a sin not to paint em'.

Are the figures 'hand sculpted' or were they originally designed with a high-end 3d printer then molded ?
