Congrats to Vikotnik, JollyBob and Plynkes - and thanks to RayRivers for providing such great Christmas entertainment. I do hope it can be repeated for 2009 - I'll definitely be putting in an entry, but I fear that the competition will be even sharper next time around!

...he was supposed to hold a miniature in his right hand, while in the left, he still has this extra-long, extra-thin brush...

Thank You for Your votes!

It has been great fun watching so many different ideas!
The best thing about competitions like this is how much creativity can be summoned. so, extra thanks go out to Ray and to Jo for providing the prizes!

Great job to our winners, but special thanks to Ray and Jo for coordinating the thingy and putting out the prizes for the lot!

Everyone did a great job - it was the amazing breadth of entries that made the event.

Particularly admired the Blackadder like poigniancy of "Frohliche Weihnachten, Tommy".

Why am I not surprised that Karsten 'king of the stretched sprue' won the competition. That guy is far too talented!

Congratulations to all the winners. Well done Ray for running the competition.
I got on surprisingly well. A lot better than I thought I would, against some great entries.
I will have to remember the Santa hat for next year.
