I guess the thread title sums it up succinctly.
Help, please? How long is it?
I'd appreciate knowing the base size (the larger base, right?) too.

Just measured the model:
Base size is 82mm square.
Falcon is about 130mm front to back and about 98mm across.

I just bought the Revell 1:241 scale Falcon from Amazon (UK) as it was on a special offer - £1.90 or thereabouts, as long as you spent at least £20 on other products. It so happened I needed to order a 4-volume book set (The Bandits of the Marsh), so....

It's a little small, measuring 110mm by 80mm, but I could live with that I think...

I have two of those smaller Falcons, hope to convert them into one... haven't yet figured what type of YT variant it will be though

Most likely choice currently is some kind of variation of YT-1000, YT-1200, YT-1210 or thereabouts but I think I will have to leave the engines as they are with my skills.

Bearing in mind the above information the Falcon is very much out of scale with the 'smaller' ships...

...exactly what scale is the 'official' Falcon?

Yes but he has very cleverly taken into account the ratio of the size difference between models and used that as a multiplier for the 12 parsecs which, to the nearest whole number is 14. Well done sir!

Same here: I've got one conversion almost done: a YT-2400. According to the Haynes user manual the size is actually spot on for the YT-2400!
