Mexican Revolution Project - Terrain
« on: 11 March 2016, 07:25:18 AM »
Hi!

I've pledged for the A Firstful of Lead Reloaded Kickstarter because I've read some really good reviews of the rules. Naturally, I needed a project to go with it. I decided on the Mexican Revolution; however I want to keep it rather cinematic and will incorporate inspirations from the rich movie tradition.

Anyway, apart from painting figures, I've also started to assemble scatter terrain so as to provide cover to the gunfighters and make the table look prettier:

And I've made a couple of markers. I'll use hats for 'pinned', pouches and bags for 'out of ammo' and red and black magnetic foil for wounds - as my figures are based on steel bases, those can be put underneath and moved with the minis:

Lovely ideas for table markers that are in need of pinching and adapting.  Always hate to see a beautiful game littered with garish markers that destroy the visual.  Now, how do we adapt some dice to be easily readable but not detract on the table?!
