whfb 2nd Ed rules questions!

Hi peeps,

Playing 2nd with a friend in 10mm, one day in 28mm too.
We've had 2 games, enjoying it. Pics to follow.
Q. Uncommitted troops can reserve move, if you shoot
Are you committed? 
Can you move, shoot, then reserve move away a bit?
Q. Does anyone have a link to am army builder? Perhaps in
Excel.
Any help appreciated :0)

If they are using bows I'm pretty sure they are fine to reserve move.  However if it's crossbows or some kind of black powder rifle then they can not.
