Kosciuszko Uprising at Cold Wars
« on: 22 March 2016, 02:42:26 AM »
I've posted some pictures of my games at Cold Wars this past weekend.

Here is a teaser picture.

The game was a good one.  It came down to the final command roll.  If the Prussian light cav had not made their roll the Poles would have managed to escape on the next turn.

Did Bartosz Głowacki managed to put out the cannon with his hat?

Not in the game.  We use that piece as a casualty marker for the Russian guns.

The militia did manage to slow the Russian attack in the center and held them for a number of turns after the regulars had been peeled away.  They plugged the gap nicely.  It wasn't enough in the end, but what could have been a roll over was made into a close fight by those plucky, tool wielding soldiers.
