Ainsty Castings Issues?

Does anyone know if there are any issues with Ainsty Castings currently? I ordered something from them a week ago and have heard nothing despite my payment having gone out and two emails sent. I tend to get nervous buying stuff from small companies in this hobby but I have only ever heard good stuff about these guys. Given the cottage industry nature of some small wargaming companies they may just be on holiday, but it doesn't say anything on their site. Anyone heard anything? Have they gone under? Prepping for Salute? Involved in an intergalactic incident involving two Orion Animal Women and one cup?
