The circular, mostly white science fiction display (this pic here) - who put that display together?

I love the sections of environmental dome that curve way overhead and the general look of the buildings. More details if you happen to remember them, please?

The Warlord Domes were specials made by Sarissa, and the habitation things are the Warlord=Sarissa Antaries kits with the base supports and steps removed.
