A feast for the eyes.
"Peace" is that brief, glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading.

Thumbs up!

Thanks for the AAR Roger. The outcome wasn't much different from the original then. Can I use your amendments on a future AHiL edition?  :D

Even with a superior number of Isabelino artillery it wasn't balanced? One other thing you could do is halving the strength of the Carlist battalions.

Happy for to use anything you need Nuno.

Couple of errors on my part as umpire, the Isabelino Cavalry came on too late and they did not have enough guns, I could easily have given them 2 more field guns and an extra Mountain gun.

Of course it didn't help that over half of their force spent the whole game trying to take the Churchyard which I had probably made slightly too tough a nut to crack, instead of by-passing it forcing them to come out and fight.

Had a look in my Photobucket file and I have about 80m - 100 Carlist War photos you can use whenever you want.

Thanks Roger. Please send link and I'll have a look at the Photobucket.

You'll have to do another game with the amendments to give the Isabelinos a fighting chance. I think that if they can close in on the town before the Carlist rally they can win. Give them a little more firepower to blast their way and you'll have a balanced game.
