Colin has been working hard at Star Fort and now releases the first of a Grand Tactical range of buildings, the first of which is a 28mm European city block measuring 120mm by 120mm , I believe a base will be supplied  to an individual's requirements.

They look really good.
Not a company I have seen before
Gary, Glynis, and Alasdair (there are three of us, but we are too mean to have more than one login)

For those 15mm and 10mm gamers what block footprint dimensions would you like to see.

Intriqued.  Until I saw MDF - at which point I lost all interest.

block print?  do you mean foot print?  No idea what you are asking so maybe clarify.

I like the idea of this, especially since I use Ho scale European railway buildings in my 28mm games to represent towns and villages.

I'd like to see some low German farm buildings and timbered town buildings, and of course, that starfort or better still some vaubanesque city walls.

The footprint being the dimmensions the 28mm version 1s 120mm by 120mm
I reffered to the block print as the structure represents a city block....being mdf and cad designed it can be made in any scale within reason......So the question is what footprint would 15mm and 10mm gamers like to see

Naff concept but nicely executed.
Em dezembro de '81
Botou os ingleses na roda
3 a 0 no Liverpool
Ficou marcado na história
E no Rio não tem outro igual
Só o Flamengo é campeão mundial
E agora seu povo
Pede o mundo de novo

Carlos the concept was mine, the translation and design was undertaken by Star Fort.........as you feel the idea was naff I would welcome any constructive thoughts you might have in representing towns without using a smaller scale to the figure size........I play 28mm using Grand Tactical rules such as Bloody Big Battles.

Well, horses for courses.  I can't say it floats my boat, it's a bit too Toytown for me. Personally I'm happier going down the smaller scale building route, which actually is something I already do. I/72 and even 1/87 scale buildings with 28mm.

I think they look great. It would be nice to see a 28mm miniature in the pictures for comparison.
I have some of your 28mm mdf houses and they are great kits.
