More Eldar (or Aeldari, you pick) have been completed;

Group shot.

Their weapons are pretty illegal in current 40k but as I don't intend playing in a tournament I should be grand.

After buying some contrast paints I finished some Genestealers pretty damn quickly;

Traditional Ymgarl apparel.

Not so traditional sulphur desert colours.

Also a Catachan Brainleaf to terrorise non Catachans.

Finally got some more work done. These are Mantic Games Ogres from their Nameless faction for Deadzone. I just used citadel contrast paints and I like how they came out. I created some 40K type fluff for them on my blog here if you're interested.

Well as the pandemic has put an end to my gaming for a while I've managed to finish some more models with citadel contrast paints. I'm pretty happy with the results;

Colonel Schaeffer's Last Chancers!

Catachan grunts!

Some more Catachans.

Some less normal members of my army, a raw recruit, Imperial confessor and the regiments combat instructor.

Some Genestealer hybrids sneak in to the post.

followed by the Magus and his assistants.

For those interested in more words about these models click here.

COVID19 has got me finishing more models!

Firstly some Valhallan barbequers.

Some Catachan's to add to the throng.

Some more with xenos wildlife killed around their bases.

More grunts.

Group shot.

The Krablokistan 47th has some assorted staff, a company commander (centre right) two regimental dismemberers (either side of him) and his personal batman on the left.

A bounty hunter, crazy old man and company champion (wearing ceremonial Krablokistan dress).

Two Wyrds to add to the psychic offense.

They were all painted with contrast paints in next to no time. For those interested some more words and pics can be found here

 :o :o
You are certainly knocking these out at a pace, sir.

I love the use of alternate figures, the BB chainsaw loons and the old skull wielding mage are inspired.
 :-* :-*

You must have enough Catachans for a full-on group shot now?
 :)

These look great and I love the way you have made the 47th individual, particularly the ceremonial Company Champion and the Regimental Dismemberers (are they part of the Catering Corps?).

I am interested in the Crazy Old Man. Is that how the junior officers privately refer to the C.O.?

The regimental Dismemberers aren't part of the catering corp, they are from the quaint old Krablokistan custom of removing parts from deserters. Legs are usually first, but for persistent offenders, other useful appendages. Krablokistan has a proud tradition of showing respect to their superiors regardless of their ineptitude, so therefore junior officers rarely refer to the C.O and anything other than sir. There is also the added deterrent of having a visit from the Dismemberers, it's rare for there to be a need for a second visit.
