Company B Model T contest build thread
« on: November 13, 2008, 05:08:11 PM »
I thought I'd start a workbench thread so folks can show what they are working on, ask for ideas on scratch building, and so forth.

Well, I can't officially enter my own contest, but I thought I could share some of the variants I'm working on for my own games.

To Start, here is a converted Model T Armored troop or cargo transport I worked on last night.  It's a bit of a rough go for any passengers, as they'll need to climb up the sides to get in or out!

It's all plasticard, with some metal bits tossed in.  I do like using the solid wheels on these, and doubling up the wheels on the back axel.

Nice.  Can't wait to get my kit (with extra wheels!).

I should horde this to keep from inspiring the competition, but here's a very cool Flickr gallery of Model T varients - pictures and scans from all sorts of places: http://flickr.com/photos/7700258@N05/sets/72157601074585097/

(via another thread elsewhere on LAF, which I can't re-locate at this instant. Thanks to whoever the original poster was!)
