SLA Industries CS1 miniatures
« on: 26 August 2016, 07:33:13 PM »
Picked these up at the Openday last Weekend.

I have to say they are really nice miniatures.

The Shiver unit comes with loads of options for how you arm them.

 Shiver unit 1

The Sergeant in the middle has a data slate which you can see better in the next picture.Great detail on it.

Next up are the six Lesser Carrien figures for the pack set.

The Alphas released so far including ,Drekk,Ragman,Bard and the pack Alpha.

Then the character released so far and two more Shiver figures from my second pack.Delia,Jack,Shiver patrol officer single figure then to from the pack set.

Last we have the Scavs. These are resin versions with one being a conversion. The basic figure comes with three weapon load out options.

Here is a link to the KS that is running now and doing really well. The £100 pledge level gets you all of the unlocked miniatures along with rule book and other goodies.Well worth checking out as there are some very nice looking miniatures heading our way.

I have already painted Delia, nearly finished 8 Shivers and 3 Scavs  will hopefully finish Shivers tomorrow. Lovely models and I really like the way he rules are progressing. Will hopefully get my first game next week.

I am sure you will like the game.

Lots of modifiers to add if you can work it right.

Being able to use the ratings points for extra buffs really helps too.

Would love to see pictures of your game when you get around to playing.

The KS is into it last two Days now and has unlocked lots of miniatures which are now added to the £100 pledge level making it great value. The latest miniature to be unlocked is the Chagrin which kind of reminds me of the Whitetusk Growlers from Vor the Maelstrom but with armour and weapons ;).

The KS is in its final hours now and loads of miniatures have been unlocked. The £100 pledge gets you over £300 worth of product now.The miniatures on this will be different to regular retail versions too.

I can see lots of the miniatures having cross-over potential for many games including Rogue Trader.

They are very nice figures and at the moment I have Halloween Jack looking at me waiting paint to be put on. The quality of the casting is very good and actually posing is nice too. Those Shivers look great and the Scavs look amazing and I can not wait to see a lick of paint on them. I am so looking forward to seeing Digger

Can't agree completely regarding casting quality.
Though the resin minis are very well casted and most of the metals I have as well, I got quite some miscasted arms for my Shiver as well as for the Carriens, even missing parts, like the head of one Alpha  :(

I have sent my Carrien,Jack and Delia away to be painted.I could not do them justice with my painting.

The casting on the miniatures is very good.I had a few weapons that were not complete which were mostly the batons.Must be a hard one to cast.Plenty of options on the Shivers too which is great for making the unit look different.

Digger will be an amazing figure and well worth pledging £100 for all of the miniatures that you will be getting.I can see Digger being around the £40 mark or so just on his own.

Could you tell me how much rifles were included in your Shivers-pack?
Just have 2, one of them miscast, but that seems to be too less  ???
